"We first used Au' Natural Hardwood Floors in 2009 to add additional hardwood floors in our home and to match the existing hardwood floors in that house and they were able to match them perfectly. Later we had them back later to fix the floors after a leek because they had done such an amazing job first time. Recently we moved into a new house (new to us) and we decided to have hardwood floors installed in the entire home except for the baths and laundry and they look like a work of art! We had to book them out a couple of months in advance but let me tell you they are worth the wait!!! Craig and his staff were right on time and finished on time and the contractors who have been doing all the remodeling in our new house said they were the easiest flooring guys they had ever worked with. Everyone who walks into the house now is stunned by how beautiful the floors are. Recently someone said to me that they thought it was very "old school" to install hardwood floors vs the new manufactured products on the market, and honestly I don't believe that. When a manufactured floor needs repairing you can only hope you can match them as close as possible but if you hire Craig with Au' Natural Hardwood Floors you will get an exact match and a work of art at that!

"Craig and his team did an excellent job on our new floors! It was a big job to rip out old carpet, install new ply and beautiful oak flooring. Our space is transformed! We love it so much.
Craig and team are kind, responsive, on time and do exactly what they say. They were mindful of dust and the disruption it caused in the home. They were attentive and responsive to any concerns that came up. I will absolutely have Craig come back when we do our upstairs.

"We had a great experience working with Au-natural flooring. We mostly worked with Craig for estimating and E.J. for the installation and refinishing. They were very professional and kind. We hired them to install new oak hardwood to replace carpet in the living room which required weaving it in to the old existing hardwood. They also sanded and refinished the entire first level to match. It’s absolutely beautiful. They paid attention to the details, did a fantastic job and were a pleasure to work with."

"Well he gave me an estimate and stuck right to the estimate. It's been our experience with contractors they'll give you an estimate and then when they get done they Jack the price up but when he got all done the price was the same as what the quote was. Except for one little spot where the refrigerator is you can't even tell that whole area had been damaged."

"I am so happy with my new white oak floors. EJ and Ryan were an awesome crew; professional, respectful and really nice guys. They were very neat and tidy all through the process. The customization around my stone hearth turned out beautifully. Highly recommend."
