"t is becoming rare today and takes a lot of research to find a service that displays quality craftsmanship or highly values customer satisfaction and Au Natural Hardwood Floors does both. The crew is polite, cordial, efficient and fun to be around, making the task of installation and refinishing quite enjoyable. They pay attention to detail and make sure things are right. I have used them on two different occasions now and have been more than pleased with the results. I will continue to use Au Natural on any other projects that I might need."

"We found Craig and his crew through an internet search. He is relaxed and friendly, knowledgeable, and an excellent professional.
He kept to our schedule, arrived on time, and completed the projects on time. After sanding the hardwood floor three times (changing sandpaper grit), and applying a filler, he spread two coats floor varnish that dried smooth and shiny. His dust collection system left no dust behind. The oak floors are beautiful.
He also laid new vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms. We purchases two new toilets; he installed them and disposed of the old toilets.
We would hire him again without reservation."

"If I were to have anyone refinish or install my hardwood floors, it would be Craig and his team. The attention to detail and pride of the finish work is fantastic. He works quickly to get the job done, but not TOO quickly. If we ever move out of this house, we will definitely be giving Au Natural a call again."

"Craig and his crew patched, added to, and refinished our strange oak floors. They are strange no more!! We love them!! You cannot tell where he patched them and in areas where a seam would be inevitable Craig was very artistic and it looks like we designed it that way. He also custom made wedge shaped stair treads. He was willing to work with my ideas and helped me make decisions very thoughtfully. He fully explained every process and timeline, actually exceeded our expectations and we are completely comfortable to be working with him again."

"Craig spent at least an hour helping me decide what type of hardwood floors I wanted. He never tried to push me in a certain direction, was patient and explained exactly how he would accomplish the task. When I decided to go with an engineered hardwood he supported and in fact encouraged me in my choice. Before the installation we corresponded by telephone and email and Craig answered promptly every time never leaving me to question anything along the way.
On the day of installation I was pleasantly surprised to see Craig and his co-worker, Tim, arrived a few minutes ahead of his scheduled start time. In fact, all four days he was either a bit early or right on the dot. They both set to work immediately and finished a difficult tear-out in one day. Craig and Tim both were considerate in cleaning up the work area every day. The installation went smoothly and their work was impeccable and within the stated time frame. Obviously they both know exactly what they're doing and they do it well.
Craig always confirmed with me how I wanted tasks done and never assumed anything. His invoices were prompt, clear and concise with absolutely no surprises. Plus I think his prices are very fair.
I can't say enough good things about this company. Craig and Tim are intelligent, courteous, professional and respectful."
